December 17 - OTA Calls for Mandatory Entry-Level Truck Driver Standards

To secure its reputation as a skilled and respectable occupation, the trucking industry needs to make some pivotal changes. Concerned about the inconsistencies in entry-level driver training programs, the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) - backed by industry supporters - is supporting standardized mandatory training which could improve the industry's position as a skilled trade and also to road safety across Canada.
